We don’t seem to understand the value of intuition enough yet.
It’s an innate ability developed through experience that allows us to grasp nuances and provide deeply personalised empathetic guidance to ourselves and others. I believe much of what coaching offers will be delivered by AI in the next 3 years. If more people have that support and accountability, I’m all for it.
But I think the difference is actually quite clear. AI can’t replicate intuition that comes from the vast super speed of the individuals subconscious. AI is reasoning. Humans are gut and reasoning of highly nuanced complex and often unspoken factors.
So as everything changes I think we all need to trust our instincts more and celebrate the gifts of our unique life experiences.
And I believe the more you’ve lived, the more you have to offer others. So go out there and crack some eggs!
So I’m going to focus my work on moving more towards what I feel is right. Connecting with and trusting my gut, and sharing that with my clients.
And I hope and suggest coaches share more of themselves too, intuitively letting one hand off the textbook.
