Organisational & Culture Diagnostics
I conduct rapid, unfiltered diagnostics for luxury hospitality and service-led businesses. Within days, you'll know where leadership intent and operational reality have diverged — and what it's costing you in performance, talent retention, and brand equity.
I work without hierarchy or politics. I listen to founders, senior leadership, and the front line. What emerges is an honest picture of your organisation's psychology, decision-making patterns, and cultural health.
This is the engagement PE firms use for operational due diligence on hospitality targets. It's also the engagement founders use when they know something is wrong but can't see it from the inside.

Strategic Advisory & Operational Consultancy
I partner with hospitality businesses on the operational and commercial challenges that determine whether they scale or stall. This includes: P&L restructuring, management team capability assessment, service culture design, brand positioning, and PE readiness.
I bring AI-augmented analysis to every engagement — stress-testing financial assumptions, benchmarking operational performance, and producing diagnostic outputs at a speed and depth that traditional consultancy cannot match.
Engagements range from focused 4-week projects to retained advisory relationships across 6–12 months.

Executive Leadership Coaching
I coach senior leaders in luxury hospitality — GMs, operations directors, founders, executive chefs stepping back from day-to-day, and high-potential talent being developed for bigger roles. My coaching is grounded in cognitive behavioural psychology and three decades of operational leadership.
This isn't motivational. It's targeted, evidence-based work on the specific leadership behaviours that drive performance, retention, and culture. I hold people to account, I challenge assumptions, and I help leaders close the gap between their intent and their impact.

Programmes range from 6-session individual coaching (£1,500) to bespoke leadership development for senior teams (£10k–£30k over 3–6 months).
Non-Executive Director & Board Advisory
I take NED and advisory board roles with hospitality businesses that want experienced, independent perspective at the governance level. My value is in translating between the boardroom and operations — ensuring that strategy, culture, and commercial delivery stay aligned.
I work with independent hospitality groups, PE-backed concepts, and service-led businesses during periods of growth, restructuring, or leadership transition.
For early-stage or purpose-aligned businesses, I'm open to equity participation alongside a board retainer.
