ABOUT ME
I've spent three decades inside luxury hospitality — operating, advising, and building. From senior leadership roles at The Fat Duck Group, The Wolseley Hospitality Group, and Mandarin Oriental, to strategic advisory for Landsec, Ralph Lauren and international restaurant groups across London and Dubai.
I work at the intersection of operations, leadership, and commercial strategy. My clients are hospitality owners, landlords with F&B assets, PE firms conducting operational due diligence, and senior leaders who need to perform at a level their current capability doesn't support.

What I Bring

I combine operational depth with strategic perspective. I've opened restaurants, restructured management teams, built service cultures from scratch, and advised on PE readiness for international hospitality groups. I read P&Ls the way most consultants read PowerPoints — because I've lived inside the numbers, not just reported on them.
I use AI-augmented analysis to stress-test operational and financial assumptions faster and more rigorously than traditional advisory. This isn't a gimmick — it's a material advantage in diagnostic speed and depth.
I'm an accredited executive coach, which means I can work with your leadership team on capability, not just strategy. Most advisors hand over a report. I stay in the room and help the people implement it.
