I'm Stephen Macintosh. I've spent 30 years inside luxury hospitality — from the floor of The Wolseley and J. Sheekey's to board-level advisory for international hotel groups, landlords, and investor-backed restaurant businesses.
I work across London and Dubai as a strategic advisor, leadership coach, and operational diagnostician. My clients are owners, operators, and investor groups who need someone who understands both the P&L and the people.
